Automated where machines are better.
Human where judgment matters.

Six steps from sign-up to always-on monitoring. Every report is reviewed and signed by a compliance advisor before it reaches you. Here is what we do, what you see, and what lands in your inbox.

Always on

Your watchdog for online compliance

The process

How it works

You, onceSign up in minutes

Company NMLS ID, a compliance contact, and your officer roster (NMLS IDs plus emails). That is the whole ask. You see: the portal, live from day one.

EASE compliance teamWe verify against NMLS

EASE's team verifies your company, every officer's sponsorship, and licensed states directly against NMLS before anything runs. You see: your roster confirmed, licenses and states mapped.

AutomatedWe scan public marketing

Social profiles and websites for the company, every officer, and every trade name. Business content only. You see: the accounts on watch, including ones you did not know about.

Automated plus advisorRules plus human review

Every item reviewed against the rules that apply to its license footprint. Uncertain findings go to a human advisor. Every report is advisor-signed. You see: nothing yet. Findings appear only after confirmation.

DeliveredReports and fixes delivered

Company report to leadership and your CCO; each officer receives their own report with citations, the exact fix, and a cure window. You see: the wrap-up email, and every finding live in the portal.

OngoingAlways-on monitoring

Quarterly, monthly, or daily scans, plus on-demand runs, keep you exam-ready as officers post and rules change. You see: a short clean-run note when there is nothing standing.

First report within a week of sign-up. Verification is human-performed: accuracy over speed.

The delivery

Who gets what, every period

Company report

Leadership and your CCO

The examiner-ready company PDF: website, official pages, every branded post in the period, the trade-name sweep, the tally, and the Complaint Log. Attached to the wrap-up email and filed in the portal.

Officer reports

Each MLO and LOA, directly

Every rostered person receives their own PDF with each finding's citation, the exact fix, and the cure window. Assistants (LOAs) are monitored on their own seats with rules that fit their role. Cure notices go out individually or as one bundle at delivery, your choice.

Your inbox

What lands in your inbox

Every run closes with a wrap-up email, the report PDFs attached. Complaint findings alert your compliance contact immediately. High-severity findings send one early alert per run with the report to follow. A clean run sends a short note saying monitoring ran and nothing is standing. Period reports go out only over an advisor's signature.

Corrections

Officers just reply to the email

Cure notices arrive by email with a 14-day window. When the officer replies, the reply files itself onto the case, and the re-check verifies the fix. Nobody chases an inbox, and nothing quietly goes stale.
