Privacy Policy

Version 1 · Last updated: July 4, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Teton Group, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company doing business as EASE Compliance Advisors (Audit Hound, we, us) collects and uses information in connection with the Audit Hound service at audit-hound.ai and app.audit-hound.ai.

1. Information we collect

Account and company information: the name, work email, and phone number of the person who signs up; company legal name, NMLS ID, and website; and the compliance contact's name and email.

Roster information: the NMLS IDs and email addresses of the loan officers a client enrolls in monitoring. This information is provided by the client, which is responsible for having authority to provide it.

Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers are entered directly with Stripe and never reach our servers. We receive limited billing metadata such as subscription status and the last four digits of the card.

Public marketing content: as the core of the service, we collect publicly available marketing content connected to the client and its enrolled officers, including websites, public social media profiles and posts, and public registry records such as NMLS and Secretary of State filings.

Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) used for security and operations. The marketing site uses only essential cookies for sign-up session state; we do not use advertising cookies.

2. How we use information

To provide the service: verifying companies and officers against NMLS, performing compliance reviews, preparing and delivering reports, and tracking corrective actions.

To operate the business: billing through Stripe, service communications, support, and security.

To comply with law and enforce agreements.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use client rosters or report contents for advertising.

3. How information is shared

Within our company: reviews and advisor confirmation are performed by our personnel operating under the EASE Compliance Advisors name, under confidentiality obligations.

With service providers that host and support the platform, including Amazon Web Services (hosting), Stripe (payments), and email delivery providers, each limited to what they need to provide their service.

With regulators, courts, or counsel where required by law or to protect legal rights.

Reports are delivered to the client's designated recipients: company leadership, the compliance contact, and, for officer-level reports, the officer concerned.

4. Retention

Account, roster, and report data are retained for the life of the client relationship and thereafter as needed for legal, audit, and record-retention purposes, then deleted or de-identified. Clients may request deletion of roster entries for officers no longer enrolled; note that delivered reports are business records of the review period in which they were issued.

5. Your choices and rights

Clients can update account and roster information in the application or by contacting us. Individuals, including enrolled loan officers, may contact us to ask what information we hold about them and to request corrections, subject to our obligations to our clients and applicable law. Depending on your state of residence you may have additional rights (access, deletion, portability); we honor verified requests as required by applicable state privacy laws.
